Morning Ride - couple of weeks off because of a cold and more recently wind and rain. After the fog burned off, it was sunny, but cold. Pushed a little and managed to hit 180 on max heart rate. Haven't been there in a while.

Weight lifting session in the basement. Been doing work there, so I was able to reconfigure for more efficiency. Kimber was once again my lifting partner - kinda sorta.

Voir l'activité (Ride)Real stair climbing. 4 flights. 21 trips up and down to carry reclaimed flooring for my attic, with trip averaging 25 lbs of wood up to 112". 4 other trips in prep, equipment, other, and closing up. Got the heart-rate up into aerobic zone for my age.
