Afternoon Hike with my buddy, a friend n pups đ¶ extra swims for them today
Last ceevacs spring trail clinic. It has been great leading the âStop n Smell the Rosesâ group.
Tuesday coached session. Easy on the legs today as have to save my legs for the Tri. đ. Warm up then 3x 200, 400 with 100 recovery between.
