It’s always nice riding on the Hillingdon circuit. I did about 5 miles there, but the weather was just too good to stay on the track. So I decided to head out and ride outside the circuit instead.
Because of the cold weather, I haven’t been cycling for the last couple of weeks. I decided to get back on the bike this morning. It was quite chilly at first, but once the sun came out it turned into a pleasant ride. I managed about 31 miles and really e
