My first FullGas track league of the season, so hard to know who is going well, but I knew enough of the riders to have an idea.

In the scratch, one of the strong riders was pretty active and I thought he would be a goo wheel in the finale.  I was on it a few laps out, but he didn't go for it, so I ended up 9th. Neal won. Hindsight indicates, his would have been a better wheel.

In the tempo, one knows you don't need that many points to end up with a good placing, so I went for and narrowly got the 3rd lap, but then Neal attacked and rode away. Andrew and I sat up, but I messed up getting back onto the bunch, ended up riding solo; just having to make sure I stayed ahead of Neal. PSA though, in a points or tempo, if someone rides of the front like that, the bunch should sit up, let them take a lap, then the race is back on for everyone, with the other placings up for grabs. If you don't, especially in the tempo, it just becomes a scratch race for everyone on zero points.

In the elimination, I was doing ok, surviving without having to go too deep. Except, twice, I was forced to go around the eliminated rider.  The second time, this left me a fair way off the back, which put me out next time. Neal won. Then Neal left.

In the points, similar to the tempo, knowing one doesn't need too many points, I followed a good wheel in the first sprint and took 4th. Didn't get involved in the second. In the third, I picked a good wheel and managed to take it. Checking the board, I was 3rd, 1 point ahead of 4th.  So, I figured, if I can beat the rider in 4th, I am likely to end up 3rd, unless someone comes from nowhere. I got his wheel at the right point, but he was strong enough to drag both of us to the front, so we were sprinting for 1st and 2nd and I managed, just, to take it.
