For me, December is fundamentally about family and community, the people who make us feel whole. In the midst of the holiday rush, please take conscious time to appreciate the relationships that anchor your life. The spirit and dedication you pour into your daily life is fueled by the connections you foster. Cherish those closest to you.

Of course, December is also our final push to achieve the year-end goals we set so many months ago. It’s time for clarity and focus. However you’re choosing to show up, let’s finish this year strong so we can set the stage for a truly bright year ahead in 2026.

I know how quickly these next few weeks will fly by, so my personal wish for you is this: Find ways to slow these days down as much as you are able. Take that extra coffee break, listen fully to a friend’s story, or spend an extra minute with a family member. 

Be present. Every single moment matters- and sometimes the simplest ones are the grandest.
