DEEP and DOT finally got this one right, but credit really goes to Sylvia Ounpuu Barbara Amodio, and the many other volunteers that advocated for this. Oddly, I wasn't for this in the beginning...as I always ride with lights...but it makes total sense that this tunnel is lit. It's much safer. We can deal with the graffiti another day...
