Indoor Cycling
Hard to keep HR down on climbs on our “zone 2” gravel ride, but I was able to capture good footage with DJI camera & Hover drone.
Drove 2 hours round trip for less than 13 minutes of riding due to another broke spoke on my expensive ENVE wheels! That sucked! At least I got to test my new drone and chest harness for other camera. Was too foggy anyway to capture any views.
First ride back after injuring ribs in a crash in bike race 2 weeks ago. Felt weak but no pain just sore & high HR. But had fun & filmed some of my gravel ride at Noontootla Creek & waterfall plus stayed mostly in zone 2.
