Spin to the pool

Really nice progressive easy spin, 97% pain free after an aggy Thursday and Friday session is brilliant, especially as I did 20k steps yesterday between the run, work and walking home. A few more weeks of nursing and hopefully able to resume proper training come January, at least that's what chatgpt is telling me from where I am currently at in my recovery 🙌 just got to keep being sensible, was desperate to ride longer today but curbed the excitement, back in the pool tomorrow and possibly another short run 🙌
