First time doing the red loop. Pretty fun! Looking forward to Joe Wilson’s deathmatch here next week!
Was supposed to do ~14 mi w 5 x 5’ @ threshold, but my legs felt like hot leaf juice (no tea today) so I did more like 5 x 5’ @ MP and called it when I finished the loop. I bet this has to do with me slacking on my iron supplements this week.
