There is the training response I’ve been hoping for. Z2 recovery yesterday paid off. As did avoiding self-sabotage for a week.

Strong trailer to hub and good recovery for a stronger than expected Eagle spring lap. Actually my fastest Eagle lap in 2 years.

Best absolute 1 hour power of the year, including downhills! And best aerobic curve since starting cut.  10% slower than eagle pr is pretty good
