Race abandoned on second last lap after a rider behind me went down hard. I narrowly missed a cone in the centre of the road, John Forrest did not. Lots of road rash, likely collarbone and bad head knock. Helped out until he was getting into the ambo. 

Coffee with some peeps then some sprint efforts around the lake to use up the energy in the system.

I really hate to see someone crash. 

Course was a cracker and thanks to all that made it happen.
