So much to say about this but right now the priority is finding burgers and mimosas! I’m so proud of how I handled my thoughts and inner dialogue. Sam  Krieg, you said a lot to me out there without even being on the course🤍 I ran with Sarah Hall for as long as I could. So cool to have Ryan Hall pull up alongside us on the bike and get to hear the awesome coaching he was providing her. I felt so lucky to be out there and truly enjoyed every mile in a way that I never have while racing. I’ve struck out so many time in the past 4 years, but nothing in life is linear. Keep showing up and good things will happen!! 

Oh yeah, and 425g of carbs and 0 GI issues. Taking high card to a whole new level. The mental clarity I had in the last few miles was unreal.
