Wed – Bench etc.: last workout before root canal and deload week. Randomly filmed a set of weighted neutral grip pull-ups (barely room in hallway!)

🏋️‍♂️Club, Nov 2025 -> Tue: struggling a little; probably fatigue and a mindset shift now I know an enforced deload is coming after root canal surgery 😕
