Busy morning, getting crimbo decorations from the loft, building up my car, which was, then not working but more things to try. My old Gopro sold on eBay so boxed it up and off to the post office, so decided to take the new one for a walk and start from there. Cracker afternoon, cold wind on the face to start and found it tough walking against that headwind along the front miles 1-2. How we detest that headwind 💨 🖕😄 By 3.4 miles starting to flag and ma ass cheek muscles were killing me 😂🤣😂 So dug in and lifted the pace home for a good workout! 😅 Well for me anyway 😇😀 Miles in da bag! 👍 FFS Strava gae me the 5 miles 😠
