Sunny but very crisp - continuing to expand (test) my runs

Stepped outside with 2 long sleeves on and immediately knew it wasn’t enough. Looked at the temp and 28 degrees! It was 32 when I woke up! Joshua Alcorn nailed it! I put on a wind breaker and was nice and toasty during the run. 
Learned on Friday that my left glute is malfunctioning. It isn’t triggering which is causing my whole left lower chain to work harder and stressing the weaker parts - peroneals, plantar, Achilles. Did some pre run exercises to help prime the glute and loosen up my hamstring. Seemed to help. Could feel the soreness on the inside of my heel instead of the outside. So movement is good.
