Easy Swim Day

Immediately told him “no I’m not”. A little later a faster person that took less rest hopped in my lane. Just a reminder there will always be someone better than you and to stay humble and just put in the work. Dropped rest by 15 seconds. 100’s on 1:45,  11th one was on 3min. Started easier and built them the first 10. 6x50 on 2 min to close. 

Unsurprisingly tired from the weekend, but not terrible which is a positive sign.
