Felt like death was near not being able to exit the car with debilitating Latissimus/Serratus anterior spasming/cramps early evening which in turn caused a chain reaction with neck and cheeks cramping up (not the ass cheeks you silly bollocks)
Later feet and legs were feeling all crampy. 

Obviously I went for it anyway.. +10-15 BPM over ususal HR. Crampy feeling legs, so had to stop not to mess something up. 
Legs like f*cking lead 🪨
