Mob match Colney PR PB - could have done with trail shoes, nearly decked it infront of the crowd🤣😂
Maps missing half the run🤦🏻♂️ session was 1mile (3:58/km) then 2mile (3k as not enough road, 3:46/km av) then PR hard. Easy was grim too as I was late so had to make up time 🤦🏻♂️
