Got asked to be a tester for a certain super shoe (shout out Andrew) so they wanted a work out in the shoe, so i settled on a 20’ warmup then 30 minute hard effort thru Nahant, and then I was going to do 20’ mini CD, but then I got super lost in Nahant and felt so good I just kept going and finally at a little over  5ish miles I figured I was really lost and called it quits and  looked at my phone. Deceided that was good enough and I’d run back home.  Didn’t mean to run this many miles but the Shoes are incredible and felt so good and my legs felt phenomenal post hard effort as referenced by the quick last few miles. These things are freaking sick! 

Nahant is so freaking hilly!
