cruise with Harvey. felt so drained. thoughts of 120km, perhaps even some hard efforts, turned into hunting down pubs for drinks and generally riding pretty chilled. 10 min effort on a4 for Harvey using my powertap- impressive no's- 350W. Sitting on i was at under 150bpm- i;d have been at 180bpm doing it- over 2 zones- 1 i can do for probably 4-5 hours, the other for about 25min...and that's second wheel.
