Skied at Tech Trails after the work day. Kept the effort easy / easy+ and for the first time in a long time, the energy level felt adequate. Varied the technique based on terrain and felt pretty good overall. HR data not completely accurate.

Very good grooming - likely using the big machine (Pisten Bully). Tracks were sturdy and fast. They were also wider than usual in some places - likely new groomers in training. Chatted with Shawn, SamK, Liz and Drew before/during the ski. Very pleasant weather - bright enough that I didn’t need the headlamp. Good outing.
