MyWhoosh - Saka No Michi managed the 2 x20 minutes efforts. Last one was a drag.

Indoor Cycling A very easy 30min soft pedal.

To Bay run one and half laps, Lost at Callan park. Sort of. This is not a bad ride for a long meander. Pretty flat. And when everything is joined up would make at least 70klm not on road. For Sydney in its eastern half is brilliant. Saw some of the council people and had a chat, just need some more signs as in parts on the bits of road connection can be a bit vague. Took it on board asked where. All in all a good bit of infrastructure.
Bit under fuelled for a warmish day felt it from Sylvania on up and over the ridge to home. No more food or water. When you are that close to home you press on.
Pool was nice after for a cooling soak. Heat does not worry me that much. Mad Yorkshire man out in the sun.
Will do that again and follow the city link I guess goes over Anzac bridge. And the park on the Lilyfield side. Just follow the light rail line.
