Never did the full trail that goes around the monstrosity that is the Samsung factory. 7km and a few steep hills was more than I bargained for but happy to hit my longest run so far.

All of this is for another reason. After my previous blood tests the doctor said I need to gain weight. Alot of weight. At that time I was 55kg and in their words 'malnourished '. 

I thought I had been doing the right things, but the excessive cycling, undereating, intermittent fasting and insulin on top just lead to too much weight loss and hormone imbalances.

When I see photos from last year to this summer, I can now see just how much weight I lost.

So now I'm on a weight gain journey. Tracking minimum 3,000 net calories daily. Upping my carb intake (possible now I am off insulin). Strength training daily and less endurance exercize. 

So far I've gained nearly 2kg (as of this morning, 56.8kg. Slow progress but progress with a metabolism as fast as mine, its not easy. Aiming for a minimum of 5kg by February.

I've always been a little confused by my weight. Cyclists always told me they wished they were as light as me. Family and friends told me I was underweight.  Struggling to gain weight is a 'nice' problem to have, but I never knew how to feel. Now I am embracing getting bigger and being comfortable with it. Plus, I get to eat like a maniac with zero guilt 👍 👌
