I'm still fighting a cold and I wasn't feeling too great this morning, last Thursday I skipped cycling training to let my body recover.

When I left the sky was grey but after half an hour the sun started to shine and I started to feel better in the second hour as well 😀.

Today was just to get out and spend time on the bike, enjoying nature. ❤️
