A bit baffled about this one, have been feeling very fit and went into this confident for a fast time. 

I struggled with a tight left quad weirdly early on after the 180* turns and it just kept getting worse but not sure of the reason. 

Thanks for all the support, and I’ll keep going. 

It’s understandable if some people are disappointed after a near perfect prep, but I’ve been in this situation before and know I will succeed eventually.
