Got bored right when Wout crashed 😏

Absence from the bike makes the body grow stronger. This will be first winter since 2021-2024 that I’ve not hung up the wheels for 12 weeks following CX season in favor of snowy activities, and I’ve got mixed feelings. The past four winters off the bike have had great benefits, and have only helped my cycling reach higher peak goals. No two training years are ever the same, so I’m curious.
Today, good to see the run mechanics and interest hold up while carrying some fatigue from yesterday— good sign that the consistency is trending and run durability is returning.
