After 4 months off the saddle. First ride of this year
Riding after 50 days of 0 work out gained 5 kgs and 0 fitness need to get back on the saddle
After 40+ days no saddle only bed rest and now it’s feels like I’m riding the bike for the first time In my life head spinning and not being able to breath really demotivated
Friendly race got 2nd
