Over 300hr of exercise, diet, sobriety and 40lbs weight loss: This year marked by far my biggest and most well-executed comeback effort, after a multi-year hiatus with a few false starts along the way. Exceeded every goal, paved new ground, and went from a lifetime 'worst' condition to arguably my best all-around fitness (2020 cycling performance notwithstanding).
