Got my yoga done for the year 🤣 but seriously every year I have a resolution to do more yoga and every year I fail 🫠 Maybe 2026 will be the year that I actually follow through.  
This is probably the six or seventh time that I’ve done this practice on New Year’s Day and I genuinely love it, maybe because it’s endurance Yoga. But I do enjoy this to set a good intention physically and spiritually for the year. And this year definitely felt the easiest both physically and mentally.
