Nice loop that was mostly run-able. Mosquito Falls to Mosquito Beach to Chapel Beach to Chapel Rock to Chapel Falls. The views were spectacular and the trail was often right on the edge of a the sea cliff hundreds of feet above the water. The flies were horrible! Every spot I stoped to take a picture I was instantly covered in 20 biting flies. I would endure the bites to hold still to take a picture and not drop my phone off the cliff.
