FRR1 Note to self, FRR is not a 40km flex. Hour one, full time hero, smashing KOMs & sprints. Hour two, legs said no, brain said why, heart rate stuck in Z2. Slowly slipped backwards wondering why I thought 80km was easy?. Still fun though. Puking and cramping race number 1 🤷‍♀️ bring on rest of the week...., 10 out of 10 learning experience.
