Zwift - Race:  Stage 1 - Race - Tour de Zwift on Turf N Surf in Makuri Islands - pulled an Hinault move - big pull to break the field. Problem I'm no Hinault, broke myself

Zwift - Group Ride: Long - Stage 1 - Tour de Zwift on Shisa Shakedown in Makuri Islands - breakglass meds, advil, back felt better, legs came around about 75 min in, pulled a lot at end, legs fell away just before finish, went bit too hard

Flatted tire before start, SRM PC7 was dead. Plugged in PC7, changed tube, got on bike with 1min to start. Planned on Advil, heat rub, gatorade, did not get the heat rub. A bit bummed.

Should probably fix all the flats I have as I've just been changing wheels.

Was dying just sitting in, a warm up probablywould have helped a little but honestly it was so fast. Couldn't even make it to the hill, was ridiculously hard.

Rode to bottom of hill, should not have done that. Almost missed start of next race.
