Still a bit sick this morning but better than yesterday so decided to give it a go, and glad I did since I felt fine during the run.

Goal was to start at marathon pace then cut down. 4, 3, and 1 segments went well, 2 mile segment not what I would have liked - just couldn't turn it over anymore the second mile.
Decent day, not amazing, will take it for being sick
