The dog: every ambitious endurance athlete has it with in him. He makes u wake up early, do that extra mile or race like an animal. Sometimes he also makes u go over the edge.
Planned a 5k race today but my legs were still sore from the new years run. Rearranged and did a easy run with some sledge action with the kids. 
Judging by the smiles, that was the right decision 🙂
