Guess the digestive system just needed a bit more time to get rid of the 🍣🍱. Sweat rate also out of control. Went through half a tub of Vaseline and 2 shorts smh. 
65 on the week! 🥳🥳🎉 all treadmill tho. So might as well have walked on my hands for 2 miles an gotten the same training stimulus ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
