Inspired by Zach Teplin and a bunch of other triathletes i saw doing the set. Was a bit worried of a crazy bonk only 12hrs after breaking a 3 day fast so took it really smooth up front. Started getting nasty foot cramps on the back half so backed it off to make sure I could finish😅

Done as:
   - 10 EZ Swim w/ fins @1:15
   - 10 EZ Kick w/ fins @1:25
   - 10 Fr Swim @1:20 [hold 1:03s]
   - 10 Pull smooth w/ snork,buoy, pads @1:20 [hold 1:07s]
   - 10 IMO @1:30

Snack break 🤌
   - 10 fr swim @1:15 [hold 1:04s]
   - 10 pull smooth w/ snork+buoy+pads @1:20 [hold 1:08s]
   - 10 kick w/ board+fins @1:25 [hold 1:10s]
   - 10 fr swim @1:20 [hold 1:06s]
   - 10 CD w/ fins
          • odds: underwater/swim/fr no breath/ swim
          • evens: 50 fr/50 bk
