Super happy to consistently hit sub 4 pace in a 5 Kms run. Hit my personal best around a crowded JLN Stadium, Kochi. All credits to my running coach, James McIntyre for his guidance & support.

Chase your dreams, the path may be painful but there'll be a moment where it'll pay off. Began running at 39 with all struggles, worked gradually & patiently & at 43 earned my 2nd sub 20 timing.
