Lot Of Kick, Very Little Glide

Gracious boss offered a day off. Treadmill run off the bike after a short break. Started from 5.50 mph, bumped up the speed by 0.10 mph every 2 minutes through the 14th minute. 6 x (2:00 fast + 2:00 float) from the 16th minute. 2 x (1:00 faster + 1:00 float) after a 5-minute recovery to end by the 50th minute. Biking shorts are probably not the most conducive apparel for faster / interval-like running. Pleasant weather - slushy Spring - outside. Good run inside.
