Solid session. Monz swam it off 4:00/2:45/1:25 this morning. After that, she audibled us to 4:40/3:05/1:35 and set the EZ 50s off 1:30. I led the over-50 lane in my sleeveless and settled into 1:20/1:18/1:16 SCM pace for the 300/200/100s. That’s the best I’ve swum since my early 40s. Ate a ton. Total of 1,000 kcal with what I had driving to the pool (300) and during the swim (700). Worked great. Drew showing strong progress - Monsy swimming FTW. PS: coach says she’s taking rest away from me because I swam too quick today… 🙃
