Damon’s last time today. But we had some fun. More underbar work. And finally got the underbar on the wheel to wheel a few times 🙌. Watched Guardians of the Galaxy 3 last night so I ment to say “Did that look cool” in the video, but close enough. Damon was starting to get a feel for it as well. Lots of fun obstacles, but spent most of our time in one place 😜. 
Then a two mile row some more weights and finished with 15 minutes of sauna.
