Decided last minute to pace Vivek for his workout so he didn’t have to do it alone. Felt tired but was a good workout. Kept it at 80-81 seconds for the first 1k then kicked it in for distances from 200m to 120m to go. 200j in between. Very strong workout for flying in the day before. Didn’t cool down lmao but did more strength. Actually starting to feel very strong.
