Rowing included a mix of rowing disciplines, exercise routines etc (Tabata) Spin class was cancelled so the class continued for 25 minutes while trying to initiate some media input unsuccessfully, aborted back to the gym for short rowing drills and ramp session on the Keiser bike up to maximum resistance. Weights and sauna followed
