大垂水峠では最大心拍数近くをうろうろしていてきつかったけどそこまで苦しくなかったな
フォーム改善とL2の効果なのか
高尾のファミマで休憩してたら平温メンバーに遭遇してびっくり
大垂水峠下ってきてラーメン食べに行くところだったそう
みなさん早く起きてライドしててスタートした時間はおれは仕事での疲れで寝てたな
