Well, now I know for sure just how much fitness one loses with an 8-week break of zero exercise! 😜

Very happy that we stopped in to visit my favourite people of DP - my first visit in 3+ months and a much needed refuel! 😅

In the wheel of Alexandru C | @coachalexc literally ALL the way until I blew up on Sta. Pellaia and had to take a little break to get my HR back down from the 160 it had been sitting at!! 🤣

Business as usual from the summit and just hung on for grim death until Girona!
