Fat max then 8 by 10 sec sprints

1 hour zone 2
5 minutes absolute full gas for me (came within 5 watts of my best ever 5 from when i was 29 years old in 2005. I will take that after the end to last year with the broken hip and everything with elder care). 
Then Zone 2 to the finish. Thus concludes a lighter week with 3 rests. Monday the 12th begins a big 7 day build.
