90 minutes might have been a little ambitious considering I'd already done a Zwift ride today. Thought if I did a 2 out of 5 aerobic build it wouldn't be too challenging, but 60 minutes was enough.

Not sure if I just chucked it mentally, or if I was being sensible as I'm nursing a few gym niggles. I definitely wasn't blowing up when I called it a day, but I really just was at the point I didn't want to be on the bike any longer and back, knees, bum were beginning to get sore.

Other rides this week I was disappointed not to see it through but this one I'm ok with. Think if I was to do that again I'd need a dvd alongside it as a distraction. Was definitely happy to can it early in favour of a warm bath 🛀 Esther than another 30 minutes spinning 🚴
