That was the best I could do today, tough for everyone!

Ran most of the 2nd half at 145bpm. Could not recruit enough warm muscle to run at threshold (156~158bpm). Controlled, easy 3:3 breathing.

Met Martin Janousek , who I’m now more than 5 minutes adrift of.
