First marathon in the books! Goal at the start of the build was sub 2:20, so thrilled with result. Made a split decision early to run in a pack of guys going a little quicker than what I wanted rather than run alone and it mostly paid off. Damage control that last 5k, with every cramp known to man. Thanks Tom Anderson for dealing with the ridiculous schedule I had in this 12 week build, never would’ve got there without your coaching and advice. And thanks kayley delay for being support crew this trip :)
