Did a warmup sesssion and then I aimed to set a new PR, directly via the Concept2 App and not via EXR.
Kept a very stead pace at around 1:43/500m the first 1.500m, but then I died completely.
I need  to try start out  little bit slower next time, but I managed to set a new PR cutting off 0,1 Sec and got a tiny step closer to my goal...
Now ranked #109 World wide in my age group.
I set a new 10.000m PR yesterday and might have drained me, but I feel very sure I'm able to cut around 5sec more and get below 7min soon.
