I can't believe I'm settling into a groove (again!) and that this feels almost... sustainable?  Wretchedly consumed on The Segment: street fries 🍟 left behind on a mailbox, a Roctane GU, and a Häagen-Dazs ice cream bar from Walgreens because The Melt's milkshake making capacity seemed broken.

This was approximately two hours running solo, an hour running with Carla and later Saif (dean) Amath , then two hours power walking with Dian.  Thanks to Carla Siu for enduring my mangled Cantonese.

On the Chinese themes of the day, I couldn't pass up Chong Qing Xiao Mian house cold noodles 风味凉面 on the way home.  Dian Chen , given what we discussed, you might also smirk that their Clover point-of-sale device tipping defaults were 15%, 18%, and 20% (which I picked).  I swear I've seen choices of 20%, 22%, and 25% at Western fare 西餐. 👲
